2. Registration & Payment

• Each consultation or registration session will be charged at ₹1000/- (Indian Rupees One Thousand only).
• Payment must be made in advance through our secure online payment gateway.
• Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation via your registered contact details.
• All fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Clients are not permitted to cancel their registration once the payment is confirmed.
• Rescheduling of consultation sessions may be allowed at the discretion of Friends of NRI, subject to availability.
• No refunds will be issued for missed or unattended consultations.

4. No Shipping Policy

• As Friends of NRI is a service-only platform, there are no physical products involved.
• Therefore, no shipping, logistics, or delivery of items will take place.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

• We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
• Personal details (such as name, email address, phone number, and consultation data) collected during registration will be used solely for service delivery and communication.
• We do not share, sell, or rent customer information to third parties, unless required by law.
• All online transactions are processed via secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways.
• By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Friends of NRI shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of the use of our services.
• The advice and consultation provided are based on professional judgment but are not guaranteed to yield specific results.
• Clients are solely responsible for how they choose to apply or interpret the consultation provided.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, text, graphics, logos, and materials available on the Friends of NRI website are the intellectual property of Friends of NRI and are protected under applicable copyright laws.
