FriendsOfNRI provides services (consultations, property management, matrimony support, elder care, travel arrangements, NRI-relocation services, etc.) — not physical products.

Because our offerings are intangible services, there is no physical shipping or courier delivery involved. Whenever a user purchases a service on the website, the “delivery” of that service will be completed via one of the following methods (as applicable):

Confirmation email with booking details / schedule / contact person.

Digital delivery of documents (e.g. contract papers, NRI documentation assistance).

Coordination via phone, WhatsApp, video call, or in-person coordination (for on-ground services in India).

All service delivery dates, times, and scope will be confirmed with the client at the time of booking or payment — there is no “shipping transit time.”
When You Book a Service

Once payment is processed and all required information is provided by you, our team will contact you within [specify timeframe — e.g. 24–48 hours] to confirm service details.

Service delivery or consultation will proceed as per agreed schedule.
If You Do Receive Any Physical Paperwork or Documents

If at any stage we need to send physical documents (e.g. legal papers, official forms, printouts) — it will be clearly communicated.

In such rare cases, we will share courier/shipping tracking details.
